Ruvia Seller Product Agreement

This agreement outlines the policies regarding the submission, management, and modification of product details by sellers on the Ruvia Platform.

1. Product Identification

Each product registered by a seller on Ruvia is assigned a unique Product ID. This ID serves as a permanent identifier for the product and will be used for all future references, verifications, and communications.

2. Product Information Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product information submitted during registration — including title, description, images, and pricing — is accurate and up to date at the time of submission.

3. Inventory Updates and Product Availability

Sellers must update Ruvia with their product stock quantity once every week through the official email or WhatsApp Number provided below.

If updates are not received within the specified time, the product may be temporarily removed or marked unavailable until the information is provided.

4. Modification Policy

Once a product has been successfully registered and assigned a Product ID, sellers cannot directly edit or update product details through the Ruvia dashboard or website.

5. Verification Process

Upon receiving the update request, the Ruvia team will verify the authenticity of the seller and product details. Updates will be made only after verification and may take up to 3–5 business days to process.

6. Spam Report and Response Policy

If any product receives more than 15 spam reports, it will be temporarily removed or permanently deleted from the Ruvia platform, depending on the severity of the reports.

Sellers are required to respond to any customer order request within 24 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or receiving a report from the customer regarding non-response, will result in the product being suspended for 24 hours.

Ruvia reserves the right to review and take necessary action against repeated or intentional violations.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting products to Ruvia, the seller acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Non-compliance may result in suspension or removal of the product from the Ruvia platform.
